Whipped Hot Chocolate Recipe

This Whipped Hot Chocolate is next level compared to your classic hot cocoa on a chilly fall day or snowy winter night.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tablespoons Hot Chocolate Powder
  • 5 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Mini Marshmallow Bits
  • Chocolate Milk

Instructions
 

  • This combination of the hot chocolate powder and heavy whipping cream in this recipe makes one serving. Double or triple based on how many servings and the size of the glasses.
    In a mixing bowl, whisk or use a handheld mixer to beat the hot chocolate powder and heavy whipping cream together until soft peaks form. 
    Warm chocolate milk on the stove. 
    Pour chocolate milk into a mug, about 3/4 full, leaving room for the whip.
    Fill a piping bag with the chocolate whip and pipe onto the top of each mug. 
    Top with a sprinkle of mini marshmallow bits.
    Serve with a spoon and enjoy.
    If you don't use all of the whip or would like to use it again within a day, store in the refrigerator. But note it will deflate and not last more than a couple of days!
