Easter Egg Nests

These Easter Egg Nests are a kid-friendly no-bake Easter treat made with just 5 simple ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 11 oz bag White Chocolate Baking Chips
  • 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 8oz can Chow Mein Noodles
  • 36 Easter Candy Coated Mini Eggs (we used Cadbury)

Instructions

  • First, melt the chocolate chips. Grab a microwave-safe bowl and melt the chips for about 60 seconds. Stop and stir every 15 seconds. You will do this until the chips are melted and smooth. (be careful not to over melt or overheat and burn them, as you will have to throw away the entire thing)
Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the powdered sugar and the peanut butter. Mix until it is nice and smooth.
Pour the noodles into the mixture, and mix with a silicone spoon. Fold and mix carefully so that you don’t break the noodles.
Grab a muffin pan/cupcake pan and spray each of the areas with non-stick cooking spray. Wipe the area after that with a paper towel so that you don’t have a ton of oil just sitting in the tin.
Scoop and drop the mixture into the tins and then use the back of the spoon to press down an area in the middle.
Put three of the candy eggs in the middle area of the nest.
Place the tin in the fridge for 20 minutes until they are solid. Pop them out of the tins and serve!
