TikTok Ramen Lasagna

We tried the viral TikTok Ramen Lasagna taking the internet by storm and it's now one of our favorite easy dinner recipes on rotation

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages of ramen noodles - discard seasoning packet 
  • 2 ¼ cups pasta sauce 
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese 
  • Parsley, for garnish 

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray 
    Spoon 3 tablespoons of pasta sauce into the center of the baking dish 
    Place one package of ramen on top of the sauce 
    Spoon 1 cup of pasta sauce evenly over the ramen
    Sprinkle on ½ cup of cheese 
    Drizzle 3 tablespoons of sauce over the cheese 
    Place the remaining package of ramen noodles on top of the cheese and sauce 
    Spoon remaining 1 cup of sauce evenly over the ramen 
    Sprinkle on remaining ½ cup of cheese 
    Bake for 30 minutes 
    Garnish with parsley, serve, and enjoy!
