Ingredients

  • 1 Box of Brownie Mix (and ingredients on the back)
  • 1/4 cup water (for brownies)
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil (for brownies)
  • 2 eggs (for brownies)
  • 12 oz white almond bark or white chocolate or white candy melts (divided)
  • Green food coloring
  • Holiday sprinkles
  • Star sprinkles

Instructions

  • Bake brownie according to the directions on the back of the box using a 13x9” pan that has been lined with parchment paper and sprayed with cooking oil (combine brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and eggs together and mix well).
  • Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 26 minutes.
  • Remove brownies from the oven and let cool completely.
  • Place brownies in the freezer for 30 minutes to get hard.
  • Remove the parchment paper and brownies from the pan and place on a hard surface.
  • Using a circle cookie cutter, cut brownies out and place on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
  • Divide almond bark into two bowls with 6 ounces in each (one bowl you will want to keep white and the other you will dye green).
  • One bowl at a time, heat almond bark in 30 second increments until melted and then transfer to a zippered bag and cut the tip off (start with the white so it can dry).
  • Drizzle white chocolate on the lower 1/2 of the brownie to create snow.
  • Melt the other bowl of white chocolate almond bark and add 6 drops of green food dye.
  • Transfer to a zippered bag and cut the tip off.
  • Create a tree with the green almond bark, sprinkle with holiday sprinkles and top with a star.
  • Let cool completely.

Notes

If you need more than 10 brownies, you could make two batches of brownies and probably have enough almond bark to decorate them. I added extra to be sure I had enough.
