Make pancake batter either from your favorite mix or homemade.
Spray a 12" non-stick frying pan with non-stick spray.
Over low-medium heat, ladle a thin amount of pancake batter and swirl to make one thin pancake.
Cook over low-medium heat for a few minute each side. Remove from pan onto a plate.
Cut a slit one quarter length in the middle of the pancake to the center.
Layer your ingredients in each quadrant: hash brown, cheedar cheese, eggs, bacon.
Add hot sauce to the eggs and maple syrup to the bacon (optional).
Start folding your breakfast wrap starting with the hash brown quarter. Fold into the cheese, the fold over the eggs, then last bacon.
You'll be left with one layered, triangle epic breakfast sandwich!
