Instructions
Cut your 6 rectangles of puff pastry into 12 smaller rectangles.
Add the chocolate on top and the bear and fold over the pastry.
Use a fork to seal the pastry edges.
Beat an egg with fork and brush lighlty over the pastry.
Place the bears on a parchment lined baking sheet in a preheated 375 degree oven and bake for approximately 12 minute or until the pastry is golden.

Notes
If your pastry puffs up when you open your oven and covers the bears, bang the tray down and that should allow the pastry to come down quickly. If that doesn't help, use a spatula to lightly flatten.Other tips to not get the pastry rising so much:
Use frozen pie crust instead
Roll out your puff pastry thinner (we didn't) but that should help the puff
Use your fork to a few pokes over the pastry (and not just the edges) to let some steam out while baking.
