Rice Krispie Sprinkle Ice Cream Cones

These Rice Krispie Sprinkle Ice Cream Cones are a fun alternative to enjoy "ice cream" all year round although they are the perfect summer treat for kids too!

- 5 cups Rice Krispie cereal or use any generic brand of crisp rice cereal
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 TBSP melted butter
- 12 ice cream cones
- 1 cup rainbow sprinkles
Melt mini marshmallows and butter. Stir continuously until melted.
Pour in rice krispy cereal, mix, and set aside for 20 minutes to help it firm up. The mixture will be still sticky but will be less hot.
Roll into balls
Roll in the rainbow sprinkles to coat the “ice cream”
Place on top of the ice cream cones. Press down slightly to help the balls stay in the ice cream cones.
