Rice Krispie Sprinkle Ice Cream Cones

These Rice Krispie Sprinkle Ice Cream Cones are a fun alternative to enjoy "ice cream" all year round although they are the perfect summer treat for kids too!

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups Rice Krispie cereal or use any generic brand of crisp rice cereal
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 TBSP melted butter
  • 12 ice cream cones
  • 1 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Melt mini marshmallows and butter. Stir continuously until melted. 
  • Pour in rice krispy cereal, mix, and set aside for 20 minutes to help it firm up. The mixture will be still sticky but will be less hot. 
  • Roll into balls
  • Roll in the rainbow sprinkles to coat the “ice cream”
  • Place  on top of the ice cream cones. Press down slightly to help the balls stay in the ice cream cones.
