Caramel Apple Grapes
These Caramel Grapes make the perfect, sweet fall snack!
- 2 cups Grapes pick the nice looking ones
- 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce tips below
- 1/2 cup Peanuts diced up very small or crushed
Wash and dry grapes very well.I suggest using only green grapes, they are firmer and they do look nicer!
Place a toothpick in the grapes.
Place grapes into the freezerfor 5 minutes. You want them to firm up just a bit before you dip them in the caramel.
Dip into the caramel and then right into the peanuts. Try to use a refrigerated caramel. find that if it is room temperature it is very thin and will not hold the peanuts well.
Place on parchment paper and place in fridge to keep caramel firm.
