  • 2 cups Grapes pick the nice looking ones
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce tips below
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts diced up very small or crushed


  • Wash and dry grapes very well.I suggest using only green grapes, they are firmer and they do look nicer!
  • Place a toothpick in the grapes.
  • Place grapes into the freezerfor 5 minutes. You want them to firm up just a bit before you dip them in the caramel.
  • Dip into the caramel and then right into the peanuts. Try to use a refrigerated caramel. find that if it is room temperature it is very thin and will not hold the peanuts well.
  • Place on parchment paper and place in fridge to keep caramel firm.
