Two Ingredient Watermelon Ice Cream

It doesn't get any easier for a tasty summer treat than this two ingredient watermelon ice cream recipe!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups seedless watermelon cubes, frozen
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
 

  • Slice and cube watermelon to make 6 cups. Place in freezer in a freezer safe container or ziploc bag. 
    Once frozen, remove from freezer, separate pieces and place in blender along with 1 cup sweetened condensed milk. 
    Blend 4-5 minutes until thoroughly combined and is a creamy texture. 
    Pour the entire mixture into a 9x5 loaf pan, ice cream pan or container. Freeze for 4-6 hours. 
    Remove from freezer and scoop into bowls, ice cream cones or even waffle cones.
