Butter Board But Make It Peanut Butter
Butter Boards are trending all over TikTok, and even said to be the new Charcuterie Board. We decided to sweeten it up a bit and create our own delicious Peanut Butter Board.
Ingredients
- Creamy Peanut Butter
- Chopped Peanuts
- Mini Chocolate Chips
- Caramel Sauce
- Green Apple Slices
Instructions
- Spread your creamy peanut butter onto the center of the serving or wooden cutting board.Use your favorite peanut butter as long as it's not too runny, just the right thickness for dipping the apple slices.Leave some room on the sides as it may spread as you add toppings. It all depends how thick your peanut butter is. Make sure not to cover the entire board also, as to leave space for the apple slices.Using a butter knife, swirl the peanut butter into a back-and-forth pattern across the board. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top of the peanut butter.Sprinkle mini chocolate chips as the next layer onto the peanut butter.Using a spoon, lightly drizzle your favorite caramel sauce in a back-and-forth pattern across the top. Add sliced green apples to the serving board. Dip and scoop in one motion and enjoy! You're going to want to double dip, don't do it, just scoop enough on the first go. Tip: Don't cut your green apple slices until just before serving to avoid them browning.
