Candy Pretzel Flowers

Making Candy Flower Pretzels is a fun and creative spring treat. The creamy sweetness of the white chocolate and the colorful burst of candy create a treat that is as lovely to look at as it is to eat. 

Ingredients
  

  • Colored Chocolate Candies
  • Mini Pretzels
  • White chocolate (white chocolate wafers are great for melting)

Method
 

  1. Melt chocolate. If you are able to find round chocolate wafters you can add them to the pretzels on a baking tray and bake on low heat for 1-2 minutes to melt, but I found it was easier to melt the chocolate first and spread. 
  2.  Spread onto the pretzels on a parchment-lined pan. 
  3.  Arrange the candy chocolates to make a flower shape and let set for 10 minutes
