Cut the strawberries into small diced pieces.
Add the yogurt and honey to a bowl with strawberries. Mix together until combined and all the strawberries are coated.
On a baking sheet with parchment paper take about ¼ cup of the mixture and place onto the parchment.
Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave for 30 second intervals, mixing in between, until fully melted.
Once the yogurt strawberry bites are frozen, place each into the melted chocolate, coating both sides.
Place back on the parchment. It should harden quickly because of the cold. Enjoy!
