- Wash and dry strawberries, slice off the top and then slice again down the center.Carefully scoop out some of the center of each half so you have room to fill it with cream cheese frosting. Mix softened cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat until smooth in a stand or handheld mixer.Add butter and vanilla and beat until smooth. Sift powdered sugar into a medium bowl and gradually add to cream cheese frosting. Again, beat until smooth. Pipe the frosting with a star tip into the holes of the strawberries and top with sprinkles. Serve and enjoy! They'll go quick so make sure you get the first taste before they disappearIf not serving right away, place in refrigerator.

Notes
Tips: Slicing down the center of the thick side (not the long way) of the strawberries will allow for more of a boat shape to fill with frosting.
Before slicing, you could core out the middle of the strawberry and then slice.
