Rainbow Fruit Heart Healthy Valentine Snack
This gorgeous Rainbow Fruit Heart Healthy Valentine Snack is a great non-candy treat to give kids on Valentine's Day.
Snack board or platter
- Bite sized fruit in rainbow colors we used raspberries, cantaloupe, mango, grapes and blueberries
Dice your fruit in small pieces, less than half an inch for the melon and mango. You can leave raspberries and blueberries whole. Halve grapes.
Cut out a heart from parchment paper and lay over your snack board or patter.
Arrange your fruit in rainbow color pattern, red, orange, yellow, green, blue.
