This is the best ice cream sandwich hack! Make the perfect ice cream sandwich every time with this simple trick.

Ingredients
  

  • Pint Pint of ice cream Any flavor
  • 6 Large Bakery style cookies
  • 1 Large Serrated knife

Instructions
 

  • Place your pint of ice cream down a cutting board lengthwise and slice off just the very top where the lid is. Then slice off 3 slices as evenly as possible. Note the top will be slightly larger than the other two slices and the bottom smallest.
  • Immediately place in between two cookies (remove the wrapper packaging).
  • Eat right away or place on a tray and freeze for later.
