Ingredients

  • 5 cups Rice Krispie cereal or use any generic brand of crisp rice cereal
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 12 ice cream cones
  • 1 cup rainbow sprinkles

Method

  1. Melt mini marshmallows and butter. Stir continuously until melted.
  2. Pour in rice krispy cereal, mix, and set aside for 20 minutes to help it firm up. The mixture will be still sticky but will be less hot.
  3. Roll into balls
  4. Roll in the rainbow sprinkles to coat the “ice cream”
  5. Place  on top of the ice cream cones. Press down slightly to help the balls stay in the ice cream cones.
