  1. Step 1. Lay your golden Oreos onto parchment paper. Lightly spray the cookies, wait a few minutes and give it a second coat. Reverse the cookies and spray back with two coats.
  2. Step 2. Lay your Rainbow Twizzlers in rainbow order, shape into an arch and trim the edges.
  3. Step 3. Place your rainbow inside the cello bag.
  4. Step 4. Add mini marshmallows on either end of the rainbow and 3 gold coins inside.
  5. Step 5. Tie off with a ribbon.
