Strawberry Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark

Use melted peanut butter and chocolate with fresh strawberries to make a delicious treat that's fresh and not too sweet.

Ingredients

  • resh Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of Peanut Butter, melted
  • 12 oz of Chocolate Candy Melts
  • Parchment Paper

Method

  1. Prep Your Ingredients
Start by cutting your strawberries into thin slices. You can adjust the thickness to your liking, but thinner slices work best for this recipe.
  2. Arrange Your Strawberries
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the strawberry slices on top.
  3. Pour on the Peanut Butter
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt down about 1 cup of peanut butter until it's smooth and pourable. Once your peanut butter is melted, pour it evenly over the strawberry slices on the baking sheet. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread it out into a smooth layer.
  4. Melt Your Chocolate
Next, melt down your chocolate candy melts according to the package instructions. Once melted, pour the chocolate over the peanut butter layer, ensuring that it covers the entire surface. Use a spoon or spatula to spread the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter and strawberries. Make sure to cover all the gaps and create a smooth layer.
  5. Freeze It Up
Pop the baking sheet into the freezer and let the bark set for about an hour, or until it's firm to the touch.
  6. Slice and Serve
Once the bark is completely frozen, remove it from the freezer and use a sharp knife to cut it into pieces. You can make them as big or as small as you like!
