Veggie Spring Charcuterie Board

This Spring Veggie Charcuterie Board is the perfect way to make a healthy snack!

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup whipped garlic & herb cream cheese
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 3 celery ribs
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ broccoli head
  • ½ cup yogurt covered raisins (about 4 small boxes)
  • ½ cup Chex mix
  • 6 strawberries halved
  • 3 cups baby carrots sliced
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1 package  Pepperidge Farm Golden Butter crackers

Method
 

  1. First, put the celery and bowls on the board. Then fill the bowls with the three dips.
  2. Slice the baby carrots to fit around the outside of the two bowls, making a flower look.
  3. Slice the strawberries in half, and then slice off the back so that they will lay flat.
  4. Make two rows of the strawberries after they have been sliced.
  5. Add the dried cranberries in the center of the celery stalk.
  6. Layer the sugar snap peas on the bottom to make the grass.
  7. Add some pieces of broccoli.
  8. Fill the bowls that are square with Chex mix and the raisins covered in yogurt.
  9. Add the butterfly crackers along the outside portion.
