Oreo Christmas Trees

These Oreo Christmas Trees are so easy to make with just a handful of ingredients. They're an easy last minute holiday treat!

Ingredients
  

  • Oreo cookies
  • White candy melts
  • Green candy melts
  • Star sprinkles
  • Chocolate Jimmie Sprinkles
  • Rainbow Nonpareils

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 
    Melt white candy melts according to directions. 
    Dip the bottom half of each Oreo into the white candy melts and place on parchment paper. 
    Allow them to harden, about 5-10 minutes.
    Melt green candy melts according to directions. Fill piping bag with a small round tip.
    Pipe a small Christmas tree design onto the dipped Oreo using a zig zag motion. Make sure to create a tip to adhere the star on top and a trunk on the bottom to adhere a chocolate sprinkle to represent the trunk of the tree.
    Immediately after creating the tree design with the green candy melts, first place the star on top, second, the jimmie sprinkle on bottom and then sprinkle with nonpareils onto the tree before the green candy melts dry. They sometimes dry fairly quickly. 
    Set at room temperature to harden, about 15 minutes.
