Pizza Pocket Ice Cube Tray Hack

Making mini pizza pockets using an ice cube tray is an incredibly easy and clever food hack that simplifies the process. With just a few simple steps, you'll transform crescent dough and your favorite toppings into delectable bite-sized treats that the whole family will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sheets of Pillsbury Crescent Roll Sheets
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Shredded Mozzarella
  • Cooking oil spray
  • Italian seasonings (dried)
  • Ice Cube Tray (ours is 16 count)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spray your ice cube tray with cooking oil.
  • Add a layer of crescent roll dough over the cubes.
  • Add pizza sauce and cheese just below the top. Making sure to not overfill.
  • Add another crescent layer over sealing the sides.
  • Use a fork to crimp along the edges and in between the cubes. Cut out any excess dough
  • Freeze until dough is hardened enough to cut.
  • Flip the dough out from the tray and cut the cubes. Remove any excess dough.
  • Place cubes on a parchment lined baking pan bottom side up. Spray with cooking oil and add a sprinkling of dried Italian seasonings on top.
  • Bake for 12-15 mintues until the tops are browned.
