Method
- Prepare the Workspace: Clear a clean area on the kitchen counter and gather all your ingredients. Make sure you have a small cookie cutter in the shape of a heart ready to go.
- Tortilla Layers: Take one tortilla and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the surface, leaving a small border around the edge. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.Cutting Heart Shapes: Using the small heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out several hearts from the second tortilla. This is a part where kids can have extra fun!
- Layering the Tortillas: Place the second tortilla on top of the first, aligning them so that the borders match. This will create a 'window' effect with the heart shapes.Adding Pepperoni: Slide a slice of pepperoni under each heart cut-out in the top tortilla. The red of the pepperoni will peek through, creating a cute heart pattern. Brushing with Olive Oil: Lightly brush the top of the tortilla pizza with olive oil. This will help the tortilla turn golden and crisp up in the air fryer.
- Air Frying: Preheat your air fryer to 370 degrees Fahrenheit. Carefully place the tortilla pizza in the air fryer and cook for about 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the tortillas are crispy to your liking.Serving: Once done, remove the pizza from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute or two before cutting. The tortilla pizza will be hot, so be careful not to burn yourself. Slice up your Valentine's Day tortilla pizza and serve! This is a perfect dish to pair with a salad or some veggies for a full meal.

Notes
You may also use a pan over low-medium heat, just make sure to flip the tortilla once the bottom has had a chance to melt some of the cheese.
