Healthier Banana Split on a Stick

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 4 TBSP chopped walnuts

Method
 

  1. Slice bananas and strawberries and set aside
  2. Place 1 piece of fruit of each onto a skewer until you have used up all the fruit
  3. Melt chocolate chips (we usually do 30 second intervals in a microwave safe bowl at 50% power until melted).
  4. Pat fruit dry and then dip the bottoms into the chocolate
  5. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and chill in the refrigerator until the chocolate has set.
  6. Enjoy!
