Ingredients
  

  • Pint Pint of ice cream Any flavor
  • 6 Large Bakery style cookies
  • 1 Large Serrated knife

Method
 

  1. Place your pint of ice cream down a cutting board lengthwise and slice off just the very top where the lid is. Then slice off 3 slices as evenly as possible. Note the top will be slightly larger than the other two slices and the bottom smallest.
  2. Immediately place in between two cookies (remove the wrapper packaging).
  3. Eat right away or place on a tray and freeze for later.
