Caprese Pasta Salad

You're going to love the ease of this Pasta Salad recipe!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Box of bowtie pasta noodles
  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella balls
  • ¼ cup Fresh chopped basil
  • cup Balsamic vinegar

Method
 

  1. Fill a large pot halfway with water, add some salt, and boil.
  2. Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook uncovered for about 8 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
  3. Remove from heat, strain, and run cold water over pasta.
  4. Cut tomatoes in half.
  5. Chop basil.
  6. Add pasta to a large bowl.
  7. Add the rest of ingredients to the bowl of pasta, and stir well. Refrigerate for about 1 hour and serve
