Method
- Wash and dry grapes very well.I suggest using only green grapes, they are firmer and they do look nicer!
- Place a toothpick in the grapes.
- Place grapes into the freezerfor 5 minutes. You want them to firm up just a bit before you dip them in the caramel.
- Dip into the caramel and then right into the peanuts. Try to use a refrigerated caramel. find that if it is room temperature it is very thin and will not hold the peanuts well.
- Place on parchment paper and place in fridge to keep caramel firm.
