Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Bites

Combine sliced bananas, peanut butter, and melted chocolate to make a delicious treat that's healthier than most store-bought snacks to satisfy your sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • Bananas
  • Peanut Butter
  • Melted Chocolate* *we used milk chocolate candy wafers for these but you can melt dark chocolate chips or even almond bark for a smoother coating

Method

  1. Step 1. Slice bananas into ⅜" to ½" slices
  2. Step 2. Add a good smear of peanut butter between two banana slices.
  3. Step 3. Freeze onto parchment paper just until the bananas are frozen and stuck to the peanut butter. This will make it easier to coat with chocolate.
  4. Step 4. While the banana bites are chilling, melt your preferred chocolate.
  5. Step 5. Use a toothpick to spear the banana bites onto the melted chocolate to coat completely. Then layer the chocolate pieces onto another piece of parchment-lined baking pan to set in the freezer.
