Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Bites – Ingredients
- Bananas
- Peanut Butter
- Melted Chocolate*
*we used milk chocolate candy wafers for these but you can melt dark chocolate chips or even almond bark for a smoother coating
How to make Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Frozen Snacks
Step 1. Slice bananas into 3/8″ to 1/2″ slices
Step 2. Add a good smear of peanut butter between two banana slices.
Step 3. Freeze onto parchment paper just until the bananas are frozen and stuck to the peanut butter. This will make it easier to coat with chocolate.
Step 4. While the banana bites are chilling, melt your preferred chocolate.
Step 5. Use a toothpick to spear the banana bites onto the melted chocolate to coat completely. Then layer the chocolate pieces onto another piece of parchment-lined baking pan to set in the freezer.
Store these frozen banana bites in a zipper freezer bag or freezer safe container for 7 days in the freezer. They are great for grabbing on the go when you need a quick and delicious sweet treat!
