- Strawberries washed and dried
- Dipping chocolate (chocolate melting wafters recommended)
- Parchment paper
Wash and dry strawberries, and then slice the top into a heart shape. Insert a skewer into each strawberry. Melt your chocolate in the meothd you prefer (double boiler or microwave) Dip top third of strawberies into the chocoalte. Let set for 10 mins on a parchment lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for faster setting. Strawberries are best eaten the day they are dipped. You can prep the strawberries ahead of time and save the dipping before serving.
