Bake cupcakes per recipe and cool completely
Pipe a base layer of white frosting on each cupcake
Use the light brown frosting to create the body of the owl, overlapping the frosting on the middle of the cupcake
Use the dark brown frosting to create the wings on either side of the cupcake
Place 2 oreo halves, with cream filling, side by side at the top of the cupcake
Use the chocolate frosting to create an eyeball in the center of each Oreo
Use the orange cookie frosting to create the beak and claws
