  • 1 package Instant ramen Including the seasoning pack that comes in it
  • 1 TBSP Japanese Mayo (like Kewpie) You can substitute regular mayo
  • teaspoon Minced garlic Or grate a single clove
  • Garnish like parsley, chives, green onions (optional) 

Method
 

  1. Boil your ramen according to the package instructions.
  2. In a bowl crack your egg, add the mayo, garlic, ramen seasoning packet and mix well.
  3. Add broth to your egg/mayo mixture and then noodles. Garnish with parsley or other herbs or greens if you'd like.
