For each bunny, you will need 3 mini pancakes. One whole pancake will be the bunny's body, one will be the head, and the third will be the ears and the paws.
To make one bunny pancake, place a whole mini pancake on a plate. The cute another pancake into a smaller head and place above as the head.
Take the third pancake and create two paws and two floppy pancake ears. Place on your bunny.
Add a rounded dollop of whipped cream to the pancake body and top with shredded coconut for the tail.
Cut banana slices into two small circles for the paws. We used a pastry tip (large end) to do this but you could just any small round cookie cutter or circle or sharp knife. Place on the pancake legs.
Add 3 mini chocolate chips under each banana paw.
