Tint your whipped topping or icing blue with your blue gel food coloring.
Add your icing to a piping bag and pipe onto your cupcakes. We used a star tip but if you don't have a tip, just cut a hole from a ziper bag and pipe!
Cut your Twinkies in half. Use your black gel icing to decorate the black outliens for the "goggles."
Add your candy eyes inside the black goggles.
Add 3 black jimmie sprinkles for hair. Or use more black gel icing to make hair on top of your twinkie.
Add your Twinkies on top of the piped cupcakes.
