Pizza Pull-Apart Muffins Recipe

Pizza pull-apart muffins are the perfect easy pizza hack made with biscuit dough, mini pepperoni, and a cheesy mix of mozzarella and garlic. 
Servings: 12

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz tube of jumbo biscuits (e.g. regular Grands Pillsbury not the flaky kind)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil, plus extra for brushing on top
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Dried parsley (for garnish)
  • Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Cut each biscuit round into 6 pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, olive oil, shredded mozzarella, mini pepperoni, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure each piece is coated with the flavors.
  3. Grease your 12-cup muffin tin and evenly distribute your pizza muffin mixture into each cup. Before placing them into the oven, give the tops a light brush with some extra olive oil.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes or until you see the tops turn golden brown. Once out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes before sprinkling some dried parsley for garnish.
  5. Serve them up with a side of marinara sauce for dipping and watch them disappear!
