Pull-Apart Pizza Muffins Ingredients:
- 16 oz tube of jumbo biscuits (e.g. regular Grands Pillsbury not the flaky kind)
- 3 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for brushing on top
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Dried parsley (for garnish)
- Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)
How to Make Pull-Apart Pizza Muffins
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut each biscuit round into 6 pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, olive oil, shredded mozzarella, mini pepperoni, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure each piece is coated with the flavors.
- Grease your 12-cup muffin tin and evenly distribute your pizza muffin mixture into each cup. Before placing them into the oven, give the tops a light brush with some extra olive oil.
