Ingredients
  

  • 8 Cups Popcorn
  • 2 Cups Arugula Washed and clean
  • 1 Tablespoon Red onion Chopped
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 6 Strips Bacon Crumbled
  • ½ Cup Baby Carrots Chopped
Dressing
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • Salt To taste

Method
 

  1. Combine the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and mix to combine. Add salt to taaste.
  2. Add the carrots and red onions to the dressing and mix lightly.
  3. Add your popcorn to a large bowl and add the dressing. Add the arugula and toss lightly.
  4. Add the bacon and cheddar and toss additionally to mix.
  5. Serve immediately.
