Bake your cupcakes according to the box directions. Set aside to cool fully.
Spread some frosting on top of your cupcakes
Take one Nutter Butter cookie and remove the top and bottom cookie part and the filling. Place the two cookies on top of the frosted cupcakes to make the ears.
Add two candy eyes.
Add a vanilla wafter below the eyes.
Use a dab of frosting to add a candy M&M to the center of the vanilla wafer cookie.
Last, pipe on a chocolate frosted smile. Tada! Your adorable puppy dog cupcake is done!
