  • 2 Cups Strawberries Chopped
  • ½ Pineapple Chopped
  • 3 Mini Oranges
  • 3 Kiwi Chopped
  • 1 Cup Blueberies
  • 1 Cup Blackberries
  • 2 Cups Mini marshmallows
  • 2 Cups Mini Rolo 

Method
 

  1. Prepare fruit by washing and peeling as appropriate.
  2. InstructionsPrepare fruit by washing and peeling as appropriate. There is no right or wrong way to prepare the platter. Arrange fruit in a rainbow shape starting at the top with the strawberries and working your way down.
  3. Add a pile of mini marshmallows on one end of the rainbow and mini chocolate Rolos on the other. You can also substitue other small candies like chocolate coins.
