- Cupcakes with frosting (store-bought or make your own from a mix or homemade)
- Sprinkles
- Ready to use cookie icing (like Wilton)
- Pepperidge Farm Milano cookies
- Pepperidge Farm Pirouette wafers
Set aside cupcakes and using white icing, create a thick border along the outside of a Milano cookie.Dip the cookie into sprinkles.Repeat with each Milano cookie, one at a time so sprinkles stick to the icing. Place one Milano cookie at an angle into the center of frosted cupcake.Add icing to top of a pirouette wafter and place under the back side of the Milano cookie to represent the heel of the shoe.
