Method
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat.
- Add the shredded cheese to the pan.
- After the cheese has started to crisp, pour two whisked eggs straight on top and season with salt, pepper, and herbs of your choosing. Wait till the omelet has cooked through (covering the pan with a lid will help speed up the process).
- Once the egg is cooked through, flip one side of the omelet over, sealing the herbs and seasoning inside.
- Place on a plate and enjoy!
