Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 Small Bell Peppers don't pick the huge ones
  • 5-6 Different Types of Veggies
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 cup Veggie Dip

Method
 

  1. Wash and cut off the tops of the peppers.
  2. Scoop out the seeds.
  3. Prep and wash the other veggies.
  4. Slice the cucumbers and then attach them to the peppers as the wheels.
  5. Place veggies inside the hollowed-out peppers.
  6. Fill one pepper with dip.
