What fruits can I use to make this Rainbow Fruit Parfait?

There’s really no recipe to make this delicious and refreshing fruit parfait. It’s a matter of layering your favorite fruits and then topping with your favorite yogurt and granola. We think layering them in rainbow fruit order makes it an appealing and even more delicious snack for kids. To get the rainbow fruit look we used strawberries, mangos, kiwi, blueberries and blackberries.

Rainbow Granola Fruit Yogurt Parfait

Get the kids making their own healthy snack with this fruit yogurt parfait.

Why not get the kids involved in the kitchen dicing and slicing their own fruits? If you have littles like toddlers, we love using this Montessori toddler wooden knife to chop fresh fruits and soft veggies. Kids will love layering the fruits in a glass jar or cup and adding dollops of yogurt and crunchy granola on top for extra flavor and nutrition.

Rainbow Fruit Yogurt Parfait – Ingredients

  • Diced rainbow fruits (we used strawberries, mangos, kiwi, blueberries and blackberries)
  • Yogurt (we used vanilla Greek yogurt)
  • Granola (our favorite is vanilla almond clusters)
  • Clear tall glass or jar

Ingredients
  

  • strawberries diced
  • mangos diced
  • kiwi fruit diced
  • blueberrries
  • blackberries
  • yogurt your favorite flavor
  • granola your favorite flavor

Instructions
 

  • Layer your fruit in rainbow order in a clear, tall glass jar or cup.
  • Add a few dollops of yogurt.
  • Top with Granola
