- Once you have your watermelon cubes ready, place them in a blender or food processor. Blend until you achieve a smooth, juicy consistency. For a tangy sweet twist, add half a lime and a tablespoon of maple syrup.
- Peel and dice your kiwi fruit and place them in a blender or food processor as well. Add the other half of the lime and a tablespoon of maple syrup if you wish. Carefully pour the watermelon mixture into the Dixie cups, filling them about 2/3 of the way full.
- Freeze just until you can insert a popsicle stick upright and then pour the kiwi mixture to the top.
- Return the Dixie cups to the freezer and let them chill for at least 6 hours, or until completely frozen.
