This Santa charcuterie board is a kid-friendly Christmas snack! Use Brie as Santa's face, with mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, crackers and cheese for festive details.
Santa Charcuterie Board - Ingredients
1 round of Brie cheese
10 cherry tomatoes
¼ red apple
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
12 cracker stars
1 slice of cheese
1 olive
1 dried cherry
⅓ cup mini mozzarella

How to make a Santa Charcuterie Board
1. Using a cookie cutter, form snowflakes of different sizes from the cheese.
2. Unwrap the brie and cut off two sections at the top and bottom. Cut off the white crust from the top, but not all the way, to form a mustache and a place for the nose. Form the edge of the hat from the crust, put pieces of olives for the eyes and dried cherries for the nose.
3. Place Santa in the center of a round board or plate. Add a hat made of cherry tomatoes and a cheese pompom. Make a jacket and cherry boots from a piece of apple. Lay out mini mozzarella snow.
4. Finish assembling the board - add crackers stars, snowflakes from cheese and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
Optional: Add a fig or jam dip or for added sweetness to complement the cheese!
