Turkey Fruit Board

Turkey Fruit Charcuterie

For this recipe, start with a pear that has a nice, classic shape and no bruises or spots. Add candy eyes and a cheddar cheese beak to give your turkey some personality!

For the skewers, use any fruits and berries you like, mixing up colors, textures, and sizes. Place smaller fruits and berries closer to the pear “body,” with larger ones at the ends to help the skewers fan out nicely. Seasonal fruits are a great choice! Just sprinkle lemon juice on any that might brown, like apples or pears.

Get the kids involved—they’ll have a blast threading the fruit onto the skewers, and even more fun eating them later! Make it a game and see who can create the most beautiful turkey. And if your turkey doesn’t last long, just blend it into a smoothie the next day.
