How do you make a snowman charcuterie board?
You will need white mozzarella cheese for the snowman’s body. We used sliced mozzarellabut you could also use sliced fresh mozzarella or another type of white cheese like provolone. For the shape, you can cut the cheese into rectangles like we did or into circles, cubes, or even stars.
For the eyes and mouth, we used cereal since we had some lying around, but you could easily use black olives or blueberries. On the head of the snowman we made a hat made of slices of pepperoni, and for the arms of the twigs we used smoked snack sticks. For the nose, a piece of carrot or orange candy would work. We chose cherry tomatoes for the scarf which goes well with mozzarella cheese. You can substitute small vegetables, fruits, berries, or greens in a red-green color scheme.
The buttons are small cookie rounds you could easily use small oyster crackers, mini Ritz or candies.
